To celebrate the summer season I love to make this Pink Summer Rosé Sangria. In my house there’s always someone popping by. Sometimes it can be relatives, neighbors, or friends. When I entertain them, a glass of Rosé Sangria is a favorite drink to catch up and unwind.

Pretty in Pink

What makes this drink so pink and pretty is of course the Rosé wine and the pink cranberry juice. Have you tried this pink cranberry juice from Ocean Spray? Well, it’s pink because it’s made with red, white and pink cranberries. Although I don’t buy fruit juice often, the sexy pink hue definitely caught my eye. So I bought it and thought it will be great with sangria. It sure looks pretty and tastes good.

One of the things I love about summer is the variety of seasonal fruit. There are numerous choices to add to this drink. My favorites are strawberries, nectarine, peach, and apricots. You can really mix and match whatever fruit you like here. However, stay away from dark fruit like pomegranate or plums as it will change the pink color dramatically.

Our lives can be busy everyday, so don’t hesitate to have someone over for a drink even with something so simple as crackers, cheese and fruit. Happy summer!
