Ingredients
  • 1cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 14oz. can of condensed milk
  • 2cups Whipping cream
  • 1Tbsp bourbon
  • 1/4cup toasted pecansroughly chopped
  • 1/4cup chocolate chunksroughly chopped
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4tsp ground cloves
  • 1/8tsp kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Place pumpkin, condensed milk, cream, salt and spices in a blender and mix together until well combined. Add bourbon and mix again for 10 seconds.
  2. Transfer mixture into a prefrozen tub of an ice cream maker machine. Turn on the ice cream maker. As it starts to churn, sprinkle the chocolate bits and chopped pecans on top. Let it churn for 20 minutes.
  3. Transfer ice cream into a covered container and freeze it for 6 hours.

The tub of an ice cream maker must be clean and frozen ahead of time before using. Follow instructions for use as stated in manual.
