Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix together. Transfer mixture onto the parchment lined baking sheet. Spread it around with a spatula and level the top. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 25 minutes.
Take baking sheet out and let it cool completely on a rack. When cooled, transfer granola in tightly sealed containers. Perfect for snack or serve with milk and diced fruit for breakfast.
