Warm days are here and this frozen yogurt bark is a wonderful healthy dessert or snack to enjoy. I love to make this frozen treat with different toppings and yogurt flavors. The best part is it’s so easy and quick to make.

The base of this frozen snack/dessert is a coconut-flavored Greek yogurt and I chose seasonal raspberries and blueberries for the toppings. Of course, the crunchy pieces of toasted almond slivers add nutrients and delightful bite.

As we all know, yogurt is rich in proteins and healthy fat, which make it really filling. And it’s good for your gut, heart, and bone health. As for the berries, they’re loaded with antioxidants and fiber. Nuts are a great source of protein, good fats, and fiber.

You can also make this frozen treat with vanilla or strawberry-flavored Greek yogurt. You could put almost anything for the toppings. Sometimes I use diced mangoes, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries or peaches. For crunch, toasted coconut, pecans, walnuts or granola would be amazing.

What I love about this frozen yogurt bark is that it comes together quickly and you can make a large batch. Then you can cut them in desired pieces and freeze it in covered containers. So whenever you are craving for a frozen treat during the hot summer days, this is a healthy option. Wouldn’t this be a great summer snack for both adults and kids?
