These flavorful grilled pork chops are great for last-minute dinner plans. They can be made quickly and easily if you’re in a time crunch – just marinate them in the fridge for 20 minutes or more and they’re ready to hit the grill!
Aromatic rosemary combined with balsamic vinegar, blended with fresh garlic and olive oil, makes for a heavenly combination.
I recommend serving these babies with a simple salad or grilled veggies. Or for the fall/winter season, I prefer to pair it with oven-roasted sweet potatoes and apple slices.

Grilled Pork Chops with Rosemary & Garlic
Grilled pork chops marinated in balsamic vinegar, rosemary, garlic and olive oil. So easy to make and cooks quickly.
Ingredients
- 3 pork chops center cut bone in, about 1/2 inch thick
- 1 Tbsp rosemary leaves minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 ½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly ground pepper
Instructions
- Make the marinade: in a bowl mix together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper. Marinate pork for at least 20 minutes or more in the refrigerator.
- Heat grill pan on medium/high. Lay pork chops on the grill pan. Let cook for 4 minutes. Flip it once, then cook for another 4 minutes.
