Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/4cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4cup olive oil
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1Tbsp worchestershire sauce
Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken with running water and dry them with paper towels. Set aside on a plate.
  2. Make the marinade: In a bowl whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, cumin, oregano, worchestershire sauce and freshly ground black pepper. Place chicken in the marinade, making sure it is soaked well. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  3. Prepare a stove top grill or outdoor grill on medium heat. Brush grill grates or grill pan with a little cooking oil. when the grill is hot, grill chicken thighs for 5-6 minutes on each side. Transfer chicken onto a platter. Garnish with coarsely chopped cilantro leaves.
